Erin Favella has proudly called Midland, Texas, home since 2010. Alongside her husband, Chris Favella, a fellow Texas Tech University alumnus, Erin has built a life in West Texas rooted in family, community, hard work, and a healthy appreciation for organized chaos.

Erin began her real estate career in 2014 and quickly discovered that her passion was never simply about homes—it was about people. She loved the relationships, problem-solving, negotiations, and opportunity to help clients navigate major life transitions with confidence and clarity.

Over time, one of the most meaningful parts of Erin’s career became her partnership with Lauren Stake. Together, they grew through the real estate business, building trust through shared experience, long days, plenty of laughter, and a mutual commitment to exceptional client care.

In 2023, that partnership became Luminary Real Estate.

Luminary was created with the belief that real estate is better when it is collaborative. Erin and Lauren work as a true team, combining their experience, perspectives, relationships, and strengths to create a thoughtful, elevated experience for every client. Erin and Lauren have also built their business while raising families of their own, so they understand that real life rarely fits neatly into a schedule. Erin and Chris are raising three kids, and much of their time is spent at football games, volleyball courts, school activities, and family events. Add three dogs into the mix, and quiet days are not exactly a Favella family specialty.
