Lauren Stake | Realtor®

Lauren Stake has called Midland home for more than 30 years, after moving to West Texas from East Texas in 1994. She attended Texas Tech University, where she earned a degree in Early Childhood Education. After graduation, Lauren returned to Midland and spent four years teaching kindergarten at Washington Math & Science Institute before beginning her career in real estate in 2010.

Since becoming a REALTOR®, Lauren has been recognized with honors including Rookie of the Year and Top Seller and is a graduate of the Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program (TRLP). In 2023, Lauren and Erin cofounded Luminary Real Estate under the Jeaneen Pruitt & Associates team. As a dynamic duo, they joined forces to provide their clients with consistent, dependable support and ensure that every client always has someone they can turn to, regardless of what may be happening with their families at home. Their partnership allows them to combine their strengths, support one another, and deliver a seamless experience throughout every transaction.

While Lauren values the accomplishments and experience she has gained throughout her career, her favorite part of real estate has always been the relationships she builds along the way. She loves getting to know her clients, helping them navigate some of life’s biggest decisions, and learning something new with every transaction.

Lauren and her husband, Jeff, a chemical engineer, have four children ranging in age from 13 to 18. When she isn’t helping clients buy or sell real estate, you can usually find her crafting, traveling, spending time with friends and family, or enjoying one of her favorite pastimes: reading.
